Contact

Reach MultiPress about multi-station pneumatic presses, tooling and line support. Our contact form helps us match your job to the right station count, stroke, guarding and production need.

Send us a message

Send us the job details, and one of our team members will handle the next steps. Fields marked * are required.

Send the job details that matter

Start with the type of work you need done, whether that is assembly, crimping, riveting, staking or pack sealing. The more information you provide, the easier it becomes to match the press setup with your line and product sizes.

Include the material, part shape, required force, stroke length and any cycle rhythm that your operators must keep. If you already have drawings or a sketch, mention that in our contact form so the tooling conversation starts on firm ground.

What to include in our contact form

Please add the basics that help us plan the machine and the station layout. If the press is for a new line or a change to an older one, say so clearly.

  • Town or site location, such as Isando, Kempton Park, Boksburg, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Gqeberha or East London
  • Number of stations needed and what each station must do
  • Air pressure available on site and any limits on supply
  • Guarding needs, light curtain needs and two hand control preference
  • Tooling changes, stroke setting, commissioning and operator training needs

Where our work is carried out

MultiPress works from Isando, Ekurhuleni and supports factories across South Africa. That includes commissioning work in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Gqeberha and East London, plus nearby industrial areas such as Kempton Park and Boksburg.

If your plant has a tight footprint, overhead rails, shared air lines or a busy packing area, mention it in the enquiry. Those details help when planning a press frame, safety guarding and the way tooling is loaded or changed.

Press options we are often asked about

Many enquiries are about multi-station pneumatic presses with cylinders sized for the job, fixed or adjustable stroke, and operator controls that suit repeat work on a factory floor. Some lines need a guarded press with light curtains, others need a simple production cell with two hand controls and a cleaner loading position.

We also handle fixture design, air line setup and tooling changes where the workpiece must sit in the same place every cycle. On pack sealing work, the seal area and dwell need careful setting, while riveting and crimping jobs usually need firmer locating and controlled pressure.

Commissioning, handover and operator training

When a press is going into service, the site visit usually covers alignment, stroke setting, guarding checks and the practical handover of the machine. Operator training can cover safe loading, cycle control, basic care and the signs that tell a supervisor the tooling needs attention.

  • Custom tooling and fixture design
  • Guarding builds and light curtain integration
  • Site installation and air line setup
  • Press commissioning and production handover
  • Operator training and tooling changes

The people behind the enquiry

Pieter Sauls leads the business from Isando, with Thandiwe Matlala coordinating projects and Musa Hartnick handling tooling design. Johan Ramokgopa oversees the workshop, Lerato Moagi handles commissioning on site, and Anele Engelbrecht leads operator training where a line needs steady use from the start.

That mix helps when a factory needs one contact point for the job rather than separate calls for tooling, guarding and handover. It also keeps the detail close to the people who build and set the press.
